Sennett Law is a boutique trial law firm that specializes in family law and commercial litigation, with presence in both New York and California. 

Family law and Commercial Litigation. 

Family law includes pre-marital matters, divorce and separation, annulments, domestic violence, paternity, custody and visitation. 

Commercial law includes business litigation such as breach of contract matters (especially public relations related contracts and issues), as well as personal matters including civil defense and matters between individuals. This also includes transactional matters such as drafting, reviewing and correcting contracts before execution. 

Sennett law specializes in trial work. Ms. Sennett has been taking matters to trial since 2016, and has continued to do so consistently, even during the Covid-19 pandemic. Ms. Sennett has successfully completed jury trials, bench trials, and virtual trials. While the goal is always to resolve a matter before it goes to trial, it is important to have an attorney who is not afraid to take a matter to trial that needs it.  

All cases are overseen by Ms. Sennett, and all cases are handled by direct employees of Sennett Law. Sennett Law does not "farm out" any cases.
